Immediate Help

If you are encountering a technical problem, the quickest way to get direct help from our engineering and product teams is to contact us on the forum or by emailing support@odrive.com (which automatically creates a support ticket for you in our ticketing system).

Our online documentation is an excellent source of additional information about odrive. There is a usage guide which goes over important basics, an in-depth features overview, and a step-by-step user manual for detailed information about how to configure odrive for your needs.

Get help buying odrive

If you don’t already have an odrive account, you can sign up for a free account. Sign up for odrive.
With an odrive free account, you can unify access to all your storage under one login and in one place. You can also sync your files, share them, and more.

You can do even more with odrive Premium. When you sign up, you automatically get a free 7-day trial to try out all the premium features. Learn more about your premium trial and features from our usage guide documentation. You can also learn more about the differences between the Free vs. Premium plans.

If you're purchasing multiple licenses for your organization and want to do so under a single credit card, you'll want to use our Orgs purchasing capability.
